APPOINTMENTS

To set up an appointment, please call or text Dr. Shaikh at 408-981-8421. You will receive a return call from Dr. Shaikh in one business day.

For children or adolescents under the age of 18, Dr. Shaikh will first arrange a 1 hour appointment with 1 or both parent(s). A second appointment will also be scheduled with the child.

For adults, the initial appointment will be 1 and 1/2 hours. Appointments may be re-scheduled 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

To accommodate busy schedules, Dr. Shaikh offers video conferencing for follow-up appointments.

Payment is due at time of service and can be made by check, credit card, or cash. Dr. Shaikh would be considered an 'out-of-network' provider. You will be provided with all the necessary documentation required for potential reimbursement (common with PPO plans). Many clients in Dr. Shaikh's practice get reimbursed a substantial portion of the fees.
